NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT SOUTHDALE KFC

Good Day<br> There has been 3 incidents in the last 2 weeks where I went to KFC and am extremely dissatisfied with service.<br> 1st incident - I ordered a KFC Crunch burger and the staff did not even add the patty. I had to travel all the way back just for the burger. The staff did not even apologise and rather just added the patty.<br> 2nd incident I went through the drive in and placed my order. the staff said that the order is not ready and will bring to my vehicle. I waited for 15mins and then went into the store. I saw my order lying on the counter and when the one staff asked where is my order the lady handling my order said that it was not ready. a good 10mins after that she came to me and handed the order to me which was already left at the counter. she **** that it was not ready and never even apologised for anything<br> 3rd incident - I ordered the wings and when I reached home it was not even cooked properly. I could see the blood and it was smelling bad. <br> I am very disappointed as KFC used to be our favourite week-end meal.
