Not happy

I am finding the online ordering on KFC a bit of a let down. The process is that you place your order online and of course pay for it. The order generates an order no and it advises you to advise the particular shop when you are on your way, however, whenever i place my online order by Spin Street, and i get there, I still have to wait for it. So what is the point of advising in advance when you are on your way?
