Not happy

I ordered food via the app round 7pm. The cut off is at 9pm for delivery

I continue with my evening thinking my order is on route as I have paid.

Only to find out they still looking for a driver.

I call the restaurant a rude lady answers saying she can see my order and must call call centre to find my order

I call centre she helps But didn't get my order or reversal of my.food
