Not happy

So we ordered food last night .and the last time i checked do we just pay and u choose our menu. KFC ROODEPOORT i orderd chips not mash and gravy . And the worst part is the chicken is raw . So we waisted this food . . I will not order from them again i called mr deliveey they want to refund me 35rand for me to be forced to order a mess up again and even speand more than the 35rand i am getting back
