Not happy

I went to KFC Midway Crossing to order dunked wings and the lady said they don't have the sauce... On the 02nd of the month, how??? Very disappointing. I opted for the zinger wings, to my surprise, the wings were not hot and not properly cooked. The coating was falling off, wings were too soft.
