Not happy

I ordered food using KFC app on the 24 of September 2023 ,the driver didn't deliver my food.so I lodged a complain on the KFC website they gave me a case number promising to communicate with me I waited for them to communicate with me until I received this text from them ,Our KFC Team are unable to reach you KFC CAS *** N7X9Z9 is closed for now Please contact us on *** all I want is my money back.
