Not going back , Disgusted

Yesterday my husband asked me to buy KFC for supper , we both have not had any KCF for the past 3 years due to our terrible experience at one of your branches . So yesterday at around 17h30 I went to your KFC N1 City branch and spend R154.70 in total just to get home and have dry chicken which looked like it was fried over and over again . I threw half of my boxmaster in the bin and my husband also complained about the quality . I was so upset with myself here I thought I would give you guys another shot and to be disappointed again. What a waste of money that was I ended up having to cook somethign else for my family.
