not getting what i paid for

I went to the kfc in brackenfell on thursday evening and orderd the 15 piece bucket. What i got was only 14 pieces, not only was there a piece missing but the rest were the size of golf *****. All 14 pieces only filled the bucket half way. That worked out to more than R10 each for such small pieces. The new style bucket is such a desaster. Its made of the carton paper so it went all soggy from the oli and the oil started dripping all over the floor and on my clothes. This was one of my worst experiences at kfc. I took a picture as proof. To bad i cant post it on here.
