Not getting what I asked for

This is now the 4th time this is happening and I am not upset, I am FURIOUS to such and extent that I don't want to hear about KFC any more. We place telephone orders and every time a nice chap comes and deliver it, every time I ASKED them to bring me some of the chilli salt and EVERY TIME i get nothing. I am sick and tired for excuses, and just WANT what I WANT and if you think your business will face financial issues about the 3 sachets of chilli salt, I will even pay for it..... Why must I eat something that tastes different from what I want? I want to eat YOUR burgers and chips with YOUR salt, not from another place! WHY MUST I JUST ACCEPT IT? YOU DO ME NO FAVOUR. I PAY FOR IT!! My wife clearly said that to the call centre tonight and nothing happens. Despite her request there was no salt, and then I am not talking about the cold chips I get tonight!
