Not getting what am paying for its a ******* every time

Bad service at KFC amalinda eastern Cape by nosipho, second time I go there and buy SW bucket for X2 there's no drink that comes with it and they don't replace it with nothing when I complain that am not getting what am paying for, she's says but it's free anyway ddnt really pay for it
