Not Fresh Chicken

I made 2 different orders, and both were completely off. The chicken tasted like it was defrosted about 4 times before it was cooked. It was absolutely disgusting. My twister was not a Zinger twister as per my request. Imagine how you would feel ordering 5 pieces of chicken and all 5 are off, you and your family had a long day, sitting 2hrs in traffic, as well as in line waiting for food. and it comes out being not fresh chicken. throwing away R150 just like that.
