not a very happy customer

I pulled up KFC at 22:00. I ordered my food and the cashier (melvina ) told me very nicely \ they are busy with your order sir can u please park in the waiting parking". I did that and was waiting for my food. Four cars came and left with there food but i haven't received mine yet. After the second car left i looked up and i saw a packet at the window and every standing around in the kitchen talking. I just thought they Stil busy with something and sat on. I then saw a lady come out and walked to the drive threw window. It was the cashier. She came to give my food to me. I then ask how come did it take so long because four cars left already. Was told dat the food was ready long time ago. So i ask y didn't someone bring it out and was was told the lady by the window and ( zondwa ) didn't want 2 come out side and was waiting on her to bring it to me. It took them 20 minutes to borin my food to me. I got so cross and left. I am not happy with the service i get at this KFC. I got home and we had to warm our food up again because the food was ice cold. When ever i buy food there my order is either wrong or bad attitude or cold food. I am not happy at all. """
