Nonsensical service at KFC Rosebank

I am just about tired with the service at KFC, I spent my almost 45 minutes waiting for my order, people found me and left me there because guess what!? My order was only placed when I enquired about it, when was I going to get it had I not asked!? Your employees are all over the place getting orders wrong and missing orders, what's the point of those kiosks if orders don't get sent directly to the kitchen!? You need to get your house in order and stop wasting customers' time. We have things to do and camping at your stores waiting hours for food is not one of them.
