nonsense treatment

KFC is driving me crazy now i bought on line and paid R281,50 times and the food was never delivered and i drove to KFC akasia same time to show them that money was deducted but never got my food so i bought on their store which shows as well on my bank statement. I took the bank statement to akasia to show them 2 deductions and i got the reference number once and no 1 has ever called or update me about this issue and i dont want a voucher as i didnt use a voucher to buy i can send my bank statement again all i want is my money
