None delivery and struggling to get a refund

Good day, kindly assist with KFC Maponya, I placed an order online on the 26th of May 2023 and paid online with my card, I never received my order confirmation nor an order number from there the website reloaded.. and it said that I needed to start my order when I refreshed the site with no trace of my previous order. I contacted KFC numerous times at first I was promised on the online platform when I spoke to Given, that a refund will be processed.. I then spoke to them on the Facebook platform where I was told that a consultant will call me. Till this day being the 1st of June 2023 I still haven't heard anything from them whenever I contact them I am promised that I will be given a call and nobody ever calls
