Non Delivery of An Order Already paid for and No Refund

The worst service ever ,i placed an order on the App yesterday 10 July for delivery from KFC Blouberg ,order was paid for online on the App @14:53 at 15:12 was contacted to say my order has been cancelled becoz they dont have drivers.Mind you i pdaid for this order till today no deliver and R120 still with KFC .I have made phone calls to KFC Blouberg who told me that they were informed to cancelled the order.I call the Delivery numebr that called me and they say i must speak to Customer service for a refund .Baring in mind im chasing my refund with my airtime ,no one has bothered to contact me and customer service number ***isnt going through. Im still in shock that an organisation as big as KFC can be soooo careless and the personel is rude and dont care.LAst night when i called KFC Blouberg i was told that the guy is escalating no word until i made 3 calls still no refund,no delivery and no way forward
