My friends and I went to KFC in Randfontein opposite village square , firstly we waited for about 20 minutes at the drive through before we could place our order , when we got to the collection desk we asked what was happening the manager rep**** and said "we are short staffed" how can you be short staffed on the the busiest weekend of the month I thought to myself , we had to place an order at collection desk but they could not give us what we ordered when we asked why , the manager rep**** and said "KFC policies" we drove all the way waisted 30 min of our time in a line and no food , based on the poor customer service we received on Saturday night we will not go back there again not only that but the attitude we received from the pregnant manager , I would recommend that the staff get more training on customer service especially being in the managers position...#NoMoreReturn
