No wings, no service!

My husband and I just tried to purchase wings and a Streetwise Two from the branch at Duduza Rank. We were informed that the wings would take about 10 minutes to prepare and we were willing to wait. Surprisingly, when we got to the window where we paid, we were told we would have to go into the restaurant to collect the order. We told the lady (Funeka) that we were not prepared to walk out of the car, and that was why we opted for the drive through. She didn't care and we decided to cancel the wings order. She gave back our money as is, and still didn't give us the Streetwise Two we had ordered. She had attitude and was not willing to help. I have NEVER had to wait for an order AND have to collect it myself, at ANY KFC!
