no wings and drumsticks

I got a 15 piece kfc bucket at kfc jean avenue. The drive through service was spectacular ,the staff were super friendly. The problem arised when I got home and realized that I was given only sides and thighs, so being the reasonable customer that I am I decided to give them a call to lodge my dissatisfaction. the gentleman that answered the phone listened to my complaint and asked me to hold. I held and than another gentleman came to the receiver and asked me what was wrong, I explained my situation and asked him didn't the first gentleman advise him why I called.. I was shocked by his response when he said the first guy didn't understand me as I was speaking my mother tongue and the couldn't understand me. so this means I was given a black person to listen to my complaint cause I'm black really. to add insult to injury the second gentleman said I must drive again to kfc jean avenue so the can swop the pieces for me. I asked if I drive will my petrol be reimbursed he said no the best thing he an do for me is just swap the pieces... I am truly disappointed in kfc jean avenue and I wish everyone there was like the people that assisted me at the drive thru when I placed my order and made payment.....
