No wifi after paying

<p>I went to the kfc in Rustenburg, near waterfall mall as I was deeply disappointed. I ordered a meal in order to be able to use the WiFi and unfortunately the WiFi was not working. I do not understand why I pay for something then do not receive it.I could've easily gone to the restaurant down the road, but I chose this restaurant instead. I will not be making the same mistake again. </p> <p>I should add that the staff were really helpful, I don't blame them for the WiFi mishap, I blame the management </p>
