No thinking required

<p>It has been noticed that throughout JHB and surrounding areas, all drive through stores do not concern themselves with the street beggers posing either at order points, menu displays nor food delivery hatch.</p> <p>At the newly built New Market store in Alberton, I have on numerous occassions recommended these staff to do something about these vendors, as they tarnish the KFC brand and make a dleightful trip for a bite into a guilt, irratation trip.</p> <p> </p> <p>Further to this it seems management and staff at stores do not hold a think out of the box inititiative.</p> <p>I went to order a wrap from the New Market Store, to be informed they do not have lettuce.</p> <p>I then used my out of the box thinking and lay the staff a question. "Why not take some cash out of the till and send someone to Makro or Checkers Hyper (both 100m away) and go buy some lettuce."</p> <p>But seems it's better to not sell any product that contains lettuce as it's to much ****** effort to think a little and walk a mere few steps and resolve a cheap problem. This in turn will sell product which is a plus to the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>So keep hiring non thinkers, useless store management and let's continue to drag the brand name, and send cutomers away due to lack of cheap BASIC COMMON problem solving.</p>
