No Stock, why open?

Good day,<br> Just went to KFC Palms, Pretoria West, upon placing my order, they informed me that there is no burgers not krushers available, why are you open if you don't have stock?<br> When collecting my order, they inform me no Coleslaw, i mean really, this is such bad service.<br> We placed an order for KFC delivery, after more than an hour without any delivery, i had to go and fetch my food myself and then you have no stock available.<br> I trust you will look into this and at least offer some kind of re-reimbur*****t for trouble/lack of service/lack of products.
