No stock ever and trading hours

07/04/2015 we went to KFC on the Old Middelburg Road Witbank ... As may times before, there is no stock, the drive through gets closed 20H45 when the trading hours says 09H00 and when you go inside to order you get treated like dirt and there is never stock of anything. Your trading hours says you are open until 21H00 so you should serve your clients until 21H00 !! This is pathetic, there is also never ice-cream available at this KFC. Why are you trading if you don't have stock ? Get this sorted out, you are busy losing a lot of clients!
