NO STOCK AVAILABLE
I would like to raise my concern with regards to your stock and menus. We have been to 5 kfc this weekend where we want to order something and we being told that they only have a short menu as there is no stock. I wanted a Rounder and had to leave with a Family feast but only with chicken, zinger wings and mash. Nothing else was in stock. This to me is unacceptable because a customer cant have what they want anymore. I am pregnant as well and have cravings for specific things and then have to leave as a unhappy client with food I did not really want. We were just being told by the Florida KFC that they dont have specific foods and that we cant go to another KFC as it is like that with all the stores. What is happening?
