No stars worth..

I phoned KFC delivery and ordered my food at 11:04 to be delivered round about 11:34. I've phoned 3 times to find out where's my order. First - 12:10 Second - 12:30 Third - 12:50 And only at 13:16 I've received my order. I've waited more than 2 hours. And it's unacceptable. I don't even want to give them a star.
