No service from KFC Florida Rd, Durban. Lockdown or not. You are giving Mr Delivery a and KFC as a whole a bad name. After placing my order (well within time), money going off, my Mr D app showing it was accepted. I waited and then followed up via the app on where my food was.

Bongi of Mr Delivery called me promptly. She explained the situation and that KFC Florida Road shouldn’t have accepted my order in the first place. They were working on a backlog of orders. She couldn’t get hold of them - leaving Mr Delivery in the lurch. She re-placed my order with KFC in Springfield, who successfully processed and delivered my order.
