No Small Burgers in bag

I am utterly disgusted with KFC N12 Klerksdorp. We ordered 2 S/B double takes, but when we got home we didn't receive 4 small burgers, but we paid for them. I phone KFC to report the incident. I spoke to the so called manager Kanosi, and she said she will phone me back. I was very surprised when she actually phoned back, but even more disgusted with her solution. I said that they should deliver the burgers to me, because as said, it was their mistake, but instead she said we should go and collect it and that they will give us 4 pieces of chicken (wow). Does the chicken come with petrol money? I am not happy with this solution as I was not the one who did anything wrong. They MUST deliver if they make mistakes.
