no shoes at kfc

How do u start u can call the call centre .there will be said someone will get back. Still up to date no one has called me .I have been at kfc 4 times where they cant serve you(celtice ridge ) as there are no buns . The one at mall reds gave me old food that was pale gave the manager my nr so the area manager can phone me but no one called me .then u get to kfc at meatword where u order and notice staff walking with out shoes even got pictures of it asked to be called about the situation and still no call do kfc really have customer service as to me it seems like its just a place people go to to get a salary and not take customer service in consideration after all we are the reason kfc is still traiding because of the money we spend there
