NO SERVIETTES A NORM

I was at somerset to collect my 9 nice order.. I got there and introduced myself and while I was waiting for my ice cream, I opened my order to find out there are no Serviettes and no tomato sauce. I asked the last about the tomato sauce she went to fetch 2.I told her this is 9 nice piece, how is the 2 tomoto going to be enough. She went to fetch more. Then asked about no Serviettes she said they dont have. This has become a normal at that store and they offer paper towels all the time. This is a second time this year. I am not sure if you have stopped ordering no Serviettes and when we ask you have told your staff to us paper towels. I am unhappy with this.
