No service receved at KFC N1 CITY

Today I order my meal at N1 City mall KFC through Uber eats but I paid with my card and never got my meal delivered to me. I am so upset because I ordered my meal with the hope that when it comes to lunch time at work I will be getting my food but only what I got when I called in I was told to look for the under eats driver because he is the one with my meal and they do not work with uber drivers they just give them food. I mean how can you tell me that as a customer to go an look for an uber driver and when I request for my refund I am told to contact uber eats which the number that I got only rings and let me speak to an operator and wasting my airtime while I am hungry and lunch time is finish already I need to go back to work on a hungry stomach with my mine gone and deducted from my bank account, I couldn't even buy something to eat. I am so upset with the service that I did not receive, and something must be done I can not just lose my money, my airtime, my wasted lunch time for nothing.
