No service, raw food and no feedback

My husband and I went to KFC Brackenhurst about a week or so ago. The Saturday morning we were there after 7(they open at 7), we wanted to get breakfast. So we stood in the drive through for about 5 min, with no assistance. Then we drove to the payment counter, with still no assistance, the we hooted, and heard the staff, but yet still no assistance. We left. The Sunday we went back about lunch time, we got served quick (in the drive through), but as we started eating, we discovered that the chicken was still raw - I took pictures as well. The Monday, I put in a complaint, and up until today, I did not receive any feedback as yet. Nothing. I find this very unprofessional and a health risk.
