No service quality

I went to KFC at The Grove here in Nelspruit/Mbombela. 1st the drive thrust was blocked by a vehicle that obviously was performing some form of service for the restaurant. It was blocking the entire way into the drive thrust. You can't do that on a pay weekend. At lunch time of all times. Myself and my wife proceeded to park and walk in. Half of the items were out of stock. That was fine because they had what we wanted. Our order was placed. My wife proceeded after me to purchase 2 icecream cones. She was told the machine wasn't working. We went and sat down. About ten minutes later I was wondering where my food was, I had not been called to collect it. I looked up at the board and discovered my number was not there. To further the blow, a staff member preceded to put icecream into a cup for the drive thrust. Now I was very mad. I then went to the counter and WAITED to be assisted. I was COMPLETELY IGNORED by the gentleman working behind the counter. To my disgust, order 250 was sitting right there, yet it was not called out like the rest, and I had intently been listening. I informed him I am taking my order, and left. Incredibly disappointed.
