No service, no food.

<p>Today me and my friend went to KFC in Jacaranda centre because we always buy KFC after work. My friend went in at 20:45 I waited outside after 10min I went in to go check whats taking so long, when I walked in she told me she hadnt been helped yet even when she was standing at the counter the only one that was waiting to order I asked the lady if she can please help us so she told me to wait and I waited for a few mins then she came to take our order but everything we wanted was finished and i asked her what they have she was standing there just looking at us and talking to one of the other people that is working there in a different language. So I got impatient and asked her if she wants to help us, she told me everything is finished. Yes its a public holiday but thats why we went earlier so we can still get something to eat we go there on a regular basis cause we work in the centre I think if u dont wanna help customers u should close the doors, this is now the third time it happens that we go there just before 21:00 and they either tell us they are closed even if the time on the window says 22:00 on normal days and today they didnt want to help at all. If the food is finished and they are too lazy to make more they should close the door or tell u as u walk in they cant help so u dont stand there for 15min as they packing other orders and cant even tell u just to wait a min. Really really BAD service i will rather drive to another restuarant then to waste my time again. and i know this probably wont make a difference because Im just another customer they dont care about.</p>
