No service KFC Eldorado Park

Friday night, i purchased a mash and gravy with 4 zinger wings, After 34mins waiting, i requested my money back, it took my 10 more mins just to get my money. The staff us rude as well, I asked the one lady for my money she ignored me, after asking another lady she helped a customers and gave me short change, then i had to wait again for her to help another customer to get my money. in that 10mins i must say i lost you something like 8 customer who turned around because there was another lady who was waiting hours already, she borrowed me her slip and i showed each new customer who hasn't yet order and I rather advised them to go somewhere else, I wouldn't have done this if your staff wast this rude. The sad part the driveway was getting excellent service leaving walkin customer waiting an average of 1hour 30mins . I do thank KFC for opening a KFC in eldorado park, its the first time i went to use it and it will be my last. I would suggest you train your staff or else you will be out of business before you know it. Also you need more staff.
