My cousin and I drove to get KFC Meredale to buy to some food. We went through the drive thru. We waited for over an hour and we weren't even served!!!. <br> <br> Nobody from the management team came to apologise or even explain to the customers what the reasons were for the delays. <br> <br> There were two cars behind me therefore I could not move and was forced to wait to be served. Once again, nobody came outside to try and coordinate customers so they can leave if they couldn't wait any longer or give them an alternative solution. Some of the customers were sleeping in their cars, trying to pass time until they were served<br> <br> This is pathetic service and is absolutely unacceptable for a franchise such as KFC
