No service delivery OR food delivery.

I have called your call centre TWICE and spoken to your store in Claremont. I have emailed THREE times as requested by the call center agents. Also the staff who said she would get back to me never did.

We ordered food from KFC. We missed the driver and called him. He then said he would bring the food back. We then called almost an hour later only for him to say he's in Salt River.

I phoned the store and your head office. Head Office said they would call the driver and get back to me. That was 5 hours ago and I haven't heard from you since! The food should have been taken back to the restaurant NOT taken by the driver and sitting with him. We could have went and just fetched it from the KFC instead the store told us it was already with the driver and we needed to contact Head Office.

The call centre said you do get emails and respond and that I should email my bank details. To date nothing. Pathetic service!
