No service at kfc drive thru

Very bad service experience at the drive thru today at9:50 we waited a few minutes no one at the order station, drove around at the pay point they just started at us from the inside not even bothered to come and ask what we want or how they can help us. As a result we drove away and went to order at mc Donald's which gave us excellent immediate service
