No service at all at kfc

The service at KFC Kempton Park West sucks to the core. Today there was nobody at the till for more than 30 mins. Some patrons shouted calling to be attended to at the till. It was after a further 15mins before somebody came along but we still were made to wait. A lot of us ended up leaving without even buying anything because we were not being serviced. They should remove the loadshedding service available sign because it is actually loadshedding no service. They should just save us all the trouble by like other shops just close when there is no electricity. They dont deserve the one star. They deserve a negative 5 star
