No service after 7pm

I live opposite Carlton centre (50metres) away from KFC and when I try to purchase a full bucket for my family after coming from work I am always told that they dont have any meat left and when I try purchasing example (twister) I am told they dont have lettice and tomatoe. Lastly when I try purchasing box master I am told there is no chicken patty for the chicken burger which leaves me no choice but to leave and buy my food else where. I have been to the store on 4th, 6th and 11 January 2016. When I go to the store I go with my card ready to swipe but left disappointed when they also tend to say their swiping machine is not working. I have realized that this happens when they are tired and dont feel like working. Please do something about this because KFC has not really erased the awful sight that the citizens of S.A witnessed at KFC braamfontein branch rinsing their chicken on the concrete floor using hose pipe.
