no service

We went to KFC at Checkers in Kroonstad to the drive-thru seeing as the children loves their pops we ordered<br> a family meal as well as 2 x pops and a twister we ordered the meals and as soon as we got to the pay area to receive the food we waited around 10 minutes when the lady asked me to park in the parking area, we went to the parking area where we sat and wait , we watched how every other vehicle passing through received their meals and left, after approximately 20 minutes of waiting in the parking area we went inside they said just 5 more minutes we went back to the car another 10minutes no one came we walked to the lady at the drive through and asked what the problem is she said it is now closing time we must wait another 20minutes so just past 9pm that evening we had to ask our money back after waiting more than an hour in a car with 2 small children and no service and no food with bad attitudes. We left with our poor children crying for their pops and had to stop elsewhere to get them something. This is very saddening and we wont be seeing you again soon. And that for a 24 hour service????
