No response

I ordered via the Mr delivery app from long street. I requested chilli salt with my order. When I received my order, there was no chilli salt. I e-mailed "customer services ' & the only response from them was asking for a contact tel no to which I responded that I only communicate via e-mail only. I sent follow up e-mails & to date no further response from them. I then decided to go on Facebook & Benji Sondermeyer responded that "customer services" don't respond to complaints, only stores. What a bunch off bull!!! I responded that the store don't have the facilities to e-mail. What another bunch of bull!!! He then asked whether my ordered was delivered via e-mail. This really cheesed me off as his response is sarcastic & unprofessional!!! Disciplinary action needs to be taken against him....
