No response

I ordered food from the Adderley street branch. The food is of extremely poor quality in that they don't clean the chicken portions properly. There was still dry blood on the bone. I sent them an e-mail & all they respond is that I provide a contact no. I responded that tgey should respond via E-MAIL ONLY!!! Up till now no response. Also, the driver who delivered the order has EXTREMELY POOR client etiquette. He does not know how to say "PLEASE " & "EXCUSE ME "!!!
