No refund/ Very poor customer service

On 14/12/2023, I ordered KFC from their website to be delivered by Lambton KFC @ 20:00 & the estimated time for arrival was 20:35 At 21:00 I called their delivery team to enquire about my order then got confirmation that the driver has collected my order. I called again @ 21:30 & told them I no longer want that food cause I can't wait that long when I stay 10 minutes away from Lambton KFC. They told me to send it back when the driver arrive which I did when he arrived @ 22:00 On the 15th I called to find out about my refund, I spoke to a gentleman called Zen who confirmed that he initiated a refund & gave me case no. *** Z9T1C6 but to date no refund. I am ****ed off that it can take this long to wait for my money. Team KFC, I need my money ASAP.
