No Refund Paid

On the 29th of June 2022 I placed an order online but it was not placed and my money was deducted from my account, I called their customer service I been told to wait for 24 hours for the money reflect back into my account of which it didn't, so they told me to send them an email claiming my refund back ever since I haven't received it back till this day
