No refund on my kfc app order which I did not receive

I ordered from the KFC app, waited an hour and didn’t get my food only to find out my order number is 0. I called them and they told me it’s a system glitch and the restaurant didn’t receive my order and I was told I am going to get a refund. It’s 3 weeks later and I still have not received a refund or any communication form KFC.
