No refund, KFC stole my money

So infuriated. To this day, KFC online has not refunded my money. My account was debited with no order or confirmation. Disgusting and pathetic customer service. Especially during a time that we had natural disaster, no power and no water. My kids were hungry and still no response from the customer care. Over 100 calls and emails and no response. What a pathetic and horrible service provider. I am disappointed to know that I have been such a loyal patron.
