No refund from KFC

I ordered KFC online from Maponya branch on the 25 October 2022 , my order was never delivered. I sent an email to KFC customer care, and the they rep**** asking for more details of which I provided. They rep**** advising that I will be refunded and my refund will reflect in my account within 7-14 days but till today the funds haven't reflected. I've sent 3 emails to KFC and the reply with same answer your account will be refunded in 7-14 days.

I have tried to get my refund from KFC but they seem to failing to refund me.
