No refund and no food!

Ordered and paid at kiosk... got a notification on my phone to show that payment went through however kiosk screen took me back to payment screen... I went to counter and a rather confused lady went to the kiosk where she asked me to swipe my card and I refused and showed her that I paid already. She insisted that the first transaction will reverse within 5 minutes. 25 minutes went by and no reversal. Manager checked and said that the order did not reflect on their system. They came to me with some refund form and said that I will be refunded but could not tell me when I will be refunded. They refused to give me the order or my money back. Spoke to Siva at head office who is useless..he just said the managers are correct and they cant give me the food or money. He also said should i complain to customer care, the complaint will come back to him! So I refused to leave without either my money back or food. Manager- Lucky eventually gave me money out of his own pocket as kfc's ****ty policy does not keep the customer in mind!
