NO REFUND

I ordered Food online on the KFC APP and money was taken out of my accounts but no order number was provided. I tried phoning and phoning but no one would assist me because I had no order number. I received a message a few hours later saying that my driver had to cancel and the money will be refunded back to me but it has still not been refunded I Have emailed but no one has gotten in contact with me!
