No refund

I’m very disappointed with KFC, I bought in March in KFC Dinwinddie I and made me double tab since their machine was not working properly, and told the guy that the money went through from my side. Ok in few days when I checked my statement the money was really double deducted. I went and find the team manger and explained to her, filled the form and requested my bank statement of which I sent 3 times. Even today I haven’t received anything, no email or sms to acknowledge the receipt of my query. I went to ask the manager, she said they are still investigating, for 3 months now. I want my money please
